Autolinks collects only the data needed to provide the service: your account details, the website you ask us to analyse, and the records needed to build, deliver and monitor your backlinks and to bill you.

What We Collect

• Account data, such as your email address and authentication identifiers
• The website URL you submit, and public information we read from that site
• Link plans, keywords, target pages and placement records for your account
• Billing and subscription metadata (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Technical logs, such as IP address and browser data, for reliability, rate limiting and security

How We Use Data

• Analyse your site and build your link plan
• Secure, verify and monitor backlink placements for your site
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service emails about your plan, placements and account
• Detect abuse, fraud and service misuse, and improve Autolinks

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), AI and SEO data providers that help analyse your site, and the publishers and placement partners who place your links. Placement partners receive your website, target pages and anchor text, not your payment details.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service, honour the link guarantee, maintain security, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Demo results for a website may be cached for a short period so repeat visits load quickly.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
